I'm currently sat on my sofa in the living room of my house back in Cheltenham cuddling my little Charlie cat as I've had to come back for a couple of weeks to help a fmaily member after an operation. Whilst this will affect my work and time, I can be getting on with things whilst I'm here. For the first couple of days being back I had a little bit of a relax and enjoyed not having to wash up or cook, but after that I've been researching into potential final fabrics and tried to think about each item's pattern pieces and which blocks to use so I can hit the ground running once I'm back at uni.
I can't imagine these few weeks will be overly productive because of the reason behind my trip, but nonetheless it will be nice to have a little relax after a stressful and tiring few months of 9am-9pm days!
